PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize smooth shift control by reducing time until working pressure reaches an appropriate value at a shift in the whole range of throttle opening. SOLUTION: A learning control device of an automatic transmission comprising a throttle opening detection means, a working pressure control means and a learning correction control means, is equipped with a target shift time setting means for setting a target shift time every divided area, a learning correction amount storage means for storing in every divided area a learning correction amount set in accordance with difference between target shift time and actual shift time, and a learning correction amount update means for updating the learning correction amount in one area when the throttle opening is in either of divided areas and the speed is changed by correcting the working pressure on the basis of the leaning correction amount in one of the areas and for updating the leaning correction amount stored in the other area according to a predetermined reflection rate on the basis of the updated learning correction amount.
