PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal composition comprising an aminoalcohol compound or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof exhibiting excellent immunosuppressing actions. SOLUTION: The medicinal composition comprises the compound having general formula (I) (wherein R1and R2are each a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; R3is a lower alkyl group; n is 2 or 3; X is a sulfur atom or a nitrogen atom substituted with a lower alkyl group; Y is a group having the formula: -C(=O)-CH2-; Z is an ethylene group or the like; R4is an aryl group or a substituted aryl group; R5is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group; and provided that when R1and R2are each a hydrogen atom, R5is a halogen atom or a lower alkyl group) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof.
