PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently increase the storage capacity of liquid in a liquid storage means without degrading the precision of connection between the liquid storage means and a liquid supply passage. SOLUTION: A module 53 has first and second cases 55, 57 overlapped each other. An adhesive tape 87 and a label 89 are fastened to the cases 55, 57 so that the cases 55, 57 are not separated from each other. The adhesive tape 87 is wound around the cases 55, 57 annularly in the ink discharging direction, i.e., in the direction orthogonal to the direction of supporting ports 93c, 97c. Further, the affixing position of the adhesive tape 87 is a substantially intermediate point in the ink discharging direction of the cases 55, 57.
