PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server/client base ultrasonographic system, individually developing and alternating the respective parts of the ultrasonographic system. SOLUTION: This server/client base ultrasonographic system includes: at least one client having a probe for converting an electric signal to an ultrasonic signal and converting the ultrasonic signal to the electric signal, a beam former for receiving the electric signal from the probe and transmitting the electric signal to the probe, and a display part; and a server for controlling the probe and the beam former to generate an ultrasonic image signal according to the electric signal received from the client and transferring the generated ultrasonic image signal to the display part.
