PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piece of kitchen furniture excellent in the appearance without exposure of structural parts to outside or the like provided on the bottom of an upper counter and the outside of a water tank of the furniture from outside and exhibiting a soundproof function and an anti-dew-formation function in the water tank. SOLUTION: A counter part 2 of a system kitchen is provided with a sink 3, the upper counter 20 integrally formed with the sink 3, a soundproof sheet 22 provided on at least the bottom outside of the sink 3 and a lower counter 25 so formed into a specified shape to cover the bottom of the upper counter 20 and the outside of the sink 3, wherein the whole counter part 2 consists of a double structure.
