FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention refers to biotechnology. As oil-oxidising microorganisms, suspension of activated aboriginal oil-oxidising organisms or biopreparation "Rodotrin" with density 105-106 cell/ml at 50 ml per 1 kg of oil sludge is used. Then mixture is mixed, laid in layers with soil and sand, and after air supply, is ripped without mixing layers. At the beginning of the second vegetation period water solution of biotrin in amount 3 g per 1 kg of oil sludge and diammophos in amount of 3 g per 1 kg of oil sludge is brought in. At the beginning of the third vegetation period perennial grasses are sowed in amount 3 g of seeds per 1 m.
