<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform recording according to the order of making the setting of the recording for each piece of image data by the user of a printer. <P>SOLUTION: In the image recording method for recording a plurality of images by using the printer according to the plurality of pieces of image data, when the user of the printer makes the setting of recording for each piece of image data, set order information indicative of the number in the setting of recording is added to each corresponding image data.
