<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flash memory device which enables a program time to be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: The flash memory device includes: a page buffer circuit including a plurality of page buffer groups, a plurality of data output lines respectively corresponding to the page buffer groups; and a control circuit which controls the page buffer circuit so that data values from all or a portion of the page buffers in each page buffer group are simultaneously reflected in the corresponding data output line depending on an operation mode, wherein each of the page buffer groups is constituted of a plurality of page buffers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
