<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a certifying system capable of offering excellent convenience and crime prevention in visible light optical communication. <P>SOLUTION: An administrator can output certifying information prepared by a controller 10 into a certifying information communication system 30 and a card issuer 20 by utilizing optical information communication based on blinking of visible ray elements. The certifying information communication system 30 radiates informative ray from a lighting device 34 comprising the visual ray elements based on the certifying information within a range predetermined by an electric lock 40. The electric lock 40 stores the certifying information in a data storage 42, which was obtained by signal processing of the informative ray. Then, the administrator issues a card 50 written with various kinds of information including the certifying information to a user by using the card issuer 20. Information in the card 50 is read by an information reader 43 of the electric lock 40 in a room to be used, it is compared to and identified with the certifying information stored in the electric lock 40, and the electric lock 40 can be locked or unlocked only when normal results of the collation have been obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
