PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly having an automatic locking type fastening device for fixing a heat sink to a frame to easily handle components between a plurality of products. SOLUTION: An assembly (100) comprises a frame (102) which has an electronic device (104) mounted thereto and is attached to a heat sink, and at least one automatic locking type fastening device (108) configured such that the heat sink is attached and fixed to the frame (102) by pressing the heat sink to the frame (102).
