PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electrically controllable filter devices (10, 20, 30 and 30'). SOLUTION: An electrode structure body (C), working as a filter for light or a microwave having a prescribed wavelength range, is arranged on the upper part of an element. The filter operates as a filter, only when electric power is supplied to the electrode structure body within the prescribed wavelength range and will not operate as a filter, when electric power is not supplied.
