PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a stainproof plating film combining a capacity capable of preventing the sticking of stain such as scale over a long period though it has been difficult in the conventional technique and an excellent cleaning-removing capacity capable of easily removing stain even if it is stuck. SOLUTION: Inorganic grains having satisfactory water wettability are dispersed on a plating surface, also, a fine rugged shape is formed on the surface by the inorganic grains, and the water wettability of the plating surface is improved, so as to form a stainproof plating surface to which scale is hard to stick. Further, by exposing the inorganic grains having a high isoelectric point, the electric charge of the plating surface is made high to the plus side, thus the sticking of a rinse agent or the like as stain with a plus electric charge deteriorating water wettability is suppressed, and further, it is made easy to be cleaned and removed even if being stuck.
