PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new life saver used for rescue from drowning. SOLUTION: This boat type life saver is made of one or a plurality of floating bodies tied to a rope, each of the floating bodies has a boat type bottom part and the rope is connected to a position near the side of a bow rather than a central part of the floating bodies. This life saver is the boat type life saver skillfully applying hydrodynamics, the floating body used hereby is not a mere float but the floating body on a head end can approach the opposite bank or shore direction in accordance with a flow of water and gradually reach the destined sands or the opposite bank or shore by delivering the rope in order. It is principally possible to deliver the rope with one of these floating bodies but favorable to provide a plurality of the floating bodies to more stably deliver the rope.
