PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin molded product capable of decorating the appearances of individual mass-produced resin molded products by various different patterns while imparting diversified embossed patterns thereto and capable of manufacturing the resin molded products little by little by single mold equipment so as to avoid waste, and the resin molded product. SOLUTION: A film 3 for molding embossed patterns is formed by forming uneven parts 2 on a first flexible film base material 1 by printing or the like using an ink jet printer while a transfer film 6 is formed by forming a transfer decorative layer 5 on a second flexible film base material 4. The film for molding the embossed patterns is arranged along one surface 7a of a cavity 7 while the transfer film is arranged along the opposite surface 7b of the cavity and the space held between both films in the cavity is filled with a light pervious resin to perform molding.
