<p>The switchgear has an all pole relay (22) controlled by a controller. The relay has a time measuring device with an elapsed-time meter that counts from an elapsed time adjustable by an operator. An actuation unit (26) is designed to restart the elapsed time, if the actuation unit is actuated. The relay interrupts a power supply upon expiration of the elapsed time and signal time and if the actuation unit is not actuated.</p>
