The cylinder head seal comprises a seal plate (100) that has at least one metal sheet layer as well as at least one combustion chamber opening (10) and at least one surrounding combustion chamber sealing rim (30). There are several screw holes (14, 16) for cylinder-head screws as well as at least one fluid opening through which oil and cooling material flows. There is a fluid sealing rim (24, 26) built in the metal sheet layer, whilst the seal plate has a stopper (32) to limit the flattening of the combustion chamber sealing rim.
