The present invention relates to the field of mechanic engineering, particularly, to resonance exhaust silencers for internal combustion engines of passenger cars and vehicles of a similar class. The aim of the present invention is to achieve a more effective noise-suppression in a wide frequency range, provide functions of resonator simultaneously reducing its cross-sectional size, as well as a convenient and versatile accommodation under the bottom of any automobile. The aim is achieved by that a known device comprising a housing (1) with coaxial inlet and outlet pipes (2), coaxial perforated tube (3) connected with said pipes (2) and installed coaxially within said housing (1), and transverse partitions (5) made as segments forming a plane spreading through the axis of said housing (1), said partitions being installed in the tube (3) in a uniform manner along the axis of housing (1) alternatively on different sides forming a labyrinth channel, which is inclined at an angle toward the outlet pipes (2). In accordance with the present invention, the perforated tube (3) is divided into at least two independent sections of different lengths. In each section the large number of perforations is made in form of cuts (4) distributed in a uniform manner along the tube's (3) surface at the side of fastening of partitions (5). Besides, orientation of grooves (4) coincides with orientation of partitions and depths thereof are smaller then lengths of partitions.
