<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oxide fuel cell enhancing durability, heat shock resistance, volume density of power generation at the same time, achieving miniaturization, weight saving, and cost reduction, and enhancing the design flexibility and productivity of the cell. <P>SOLUTION: The solid oxide fuel cell has a fuel cell formed with an anode layer comprising a conductive mesh and an anode forming material carried with the mesh, a cathode layer comprising a conductive mesh and a cathode forming material carried with the mesh, and a thin membrane-shaped solid electrolyte layer arranged between the anode layer and the cathode layer and supported with these layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
