<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To open an inner lid by eliminating difficulty in opening the inner lid. <P>SOLUTION: The inner lid is made easy to open by providing the inner lid with two or more flanges and further forming a groove or recess capable of being caught with the nail or the finger.
