<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical source device where a degree of freedom on condensing and diffusion by reducing loss of outgoing light from a light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: The optical source device is provided with a circuit board 1 having an electrode wiring pattern 2 and an outer connection electrode terminal 3 connected to the electrode wiring pattern 2 on a surface, a plurality of blue light emitting diodes 4b which are electrically connected and mounted onto the electrode wiring pattern 2 of the circuit board 1, a YAG phosphor film 5 formed on the blue light emitting diodes 4b, and a lens 6 which is installed on the YAG phosphor film 5 through an air layer 8 and has an inner lens face 6i and an outer lens face 6o which are bonded onto the circuit board 1. Thus, a white color can be obtained by maximum lens effect with two-face property of the lens caused by refractive power of the air layer 8 and the lens 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
