DUBBING SYSTEM AND DUBBING METHOD FOR OPTICAL DISK DRIVE, SPINDLE MOTOR CONTROLLER, AND OUTPUT RATE CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spindle motor controller which can reduce the dubbing time when dubbing from a CD player to an MD player without suspending the writing in the memory. SOLUTION: The spindle motor controller has a memory 16 and a memory controller 13, an output signal generator 17, and an address difference based spindle motor controller 32, and can output the optical disk reproduction signals at a constant transfer speed without jitters caused by uneven revolutions of the disk. The output rate controller controls the output rate by referencing the difference data between the write address and the read address in the memory and can make stabilized data transfer without overflowing or underflowing even when the memory capacity is small.
