PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk apparatus which unnecessitates an interposition for transmitting eject-force, in which the number of assembly processes is reduced, and a space is saved. SOLUTION: An energizing force for a drawer is given by an eject-spring in a guide rail in which the drawer in which a disk drive mechanism is mounted is supported slidably, the guide rail presses a cover member covering the drawer and the drawer is ejected from a drive case.
