PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time and cost for reloading nuclear fuel to a reactor, to provide one or more technical effects related to improvement of accuracy and efficiency of output data and a reload licensing report, to reduce the reactor downtime, and to improve the safety of the reactor. SOLUTION: An input data acquisition module 104 of this system receives input data 106, 108 and 112. The input data acquisition module 104 having a user data interface sub module receives user input 106, and a system data acquisition sub module acquires data from data sources 108 and 110. An input data verifying module 117 compares the received input data with a predetermined input verifying data. A process module 114 processes each reactor analysis module 118, and creates module output data. The process module 114 includes a process sequencing sub module 116 for starting automatic processing of each reactor analysis module 118. A reload licensing report creating module 130 creates a supplementary reload licensing report 132 according to module output data from at least one of the reactor analysis modules 118.
