PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular software robot with a sensitivity board for realizing a service provided by a telematics system in action in conformity with the feel of a driver. SOLUTION: The vehicular software robot with the sensitivity board comprises a sensing system having a state analyzer, a meaning analyzer, a sensor extractor and a coder for receiving and monitoring information data for the current condition of the driver, the status of an order, activity information and a vehicle, and the environmental status of the vehicle, an estimation system for basically converting data provided by the telematics into action in accordance with the information data input by the sensing system, detecting the sensitive condition of the driver through sensitivity data corresponding to a sensitivity information value for the driver, and analyzing the detected sensitive condition, and an action selector and a motion system for accurately deriving a sensitivity change output by the estimating system from the driver, discriminating the service provided in conformity with the feel of the driver, and embodying the action.
