PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience of information processing by facilitating linking of distributed information processing resources in regard to information processing such as coordination of information processing resources distributed in various locations. SOLUTION: A configuration is provided with a conversion processing part (for example, computers 42 and 46) for defining the plurality of information processing resources (information processing centers 301 to 30X) distributed in various locations by their attributes to carry out modeling, and imparting linking relationships to the modeled information processing resources obtained by the modeling.
