PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating liquid for an intermediate layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor excellent in film uniformity even after long-term storage, to provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor free of occurrence of abnormal images such as surface stain and black spots and providing good images excellent in environmental stability even in long-term repetitive use by manufacturing the photoreceptor using the coating liquid, and to provide an electrophotographic apparatus equipped with the electrophotographic photoreceptor and a process cartridge. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor obtained by sequentially stacking at least a charge blocking layer, a moire preventing layer and a photosensitive layer on a conductive support, an N-alkoxymethylated nylon 12 is contained in the charge blocking layer and a coating solvent for the photosensitive layer is an aromatic hydrocarbon.
