PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread pitch varying jig for forming hollow threads into a matrix form laminate, having the same interval as that in a matrix form monomer container, when a polymerizable monomer solution is introduced into a hollow fiber arrangement body, and to provide a thread pitch varying method that uses it. SOLUTION: The thread pitch varying jig for expanding or contracting the thread pitch of the hollow thread arranged body, wherein a plurality of threads are arranged at a predetermined interval, is equipped with a plurality of grooves permitting insertion of threads. The grooves are composed of contraction parts, where the pitch of the grooves is narrowed on one end side of the jig, expansion parts, where the pitch of the grooves is widened, on the other end side of the jig and a fan-shaped parts where the pitch of the grooves is expanded into a fan shape, from the contraction parts to the expansion parts and parallel parts which are parallel to the longitudinal direction of the fibers are provided to the end parts of the grooves composed of the contraction parts and the expansion parts.
