PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure measuring device capable of measuring highly accurately the pressure in a measuring object vessel. SOLUTION: This pressure measuring device is equipped with a pressure vessel 110 having the first space domain 116 partitioned by the first bulkhead member 111 and the second bulkhead member 112, the second space domain 117 and the third space domain 118, and is used for measuring the pressure of a pneumatic tire 200 connected to one end side T1 of the pressure vessel 110 in the sealed state. The first pressure difference measuring part 113 measures the pressure difference between each space domain provided on both sides of the first bulkhead member 111, and the second pressure difference measuring part 114 measures the pressure difference between each space domain provided on both sides of the second bulkhead member 112. Then, a pressure measuring part 120 measures the pressure of the pneumatic tire 200 based on each pressure difference measured by the first pressure difference measuring part 113 and the second pressure difference measuring part 114.
