PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure of a column and a beam, and a column-beam joint hardware rationalizing stress transmission between the column and beam, particularly simplifying joint construction of the column with a concrete filled steel pipe part, and the beam to reduce a burden of a material/machining cost and a construction cost. SOLUTION: The column-beam joint structure which is a structure of transmitting beam stress to the concrete filled steel pipe part of a building skeleton column, has the concrete filled steel pipe part wherein the projecting part side of steel bar anchored to the beam and projected from the end part of the beam is inserted in a hole of a column side steel pipe part and anchored to concrete filled/solidified in the column side steel pipe part. The column-beam joint hardware used when the beam is an H-shape steel beam or the like in the column-beam joint structure has a plate part having a bolt hole for bolt-joining a beam flange abutting on the plate part, and provides the plate part protrusively with the steel bar inserted in the hole of the concrete filled steel pipe part of the column and anchored to concrete filled/solidified in the steel pipe part.
