PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a higher-order boring lubricating aluminum composite material which lowers the rate of drill breakage, and effectively enhances the accuracy of boring. SOLUTION: The higher-order boring lubricating aluminum composite material is formed of a resin and aluminum foil. The resin is a mixture containing at least three compounds selected from the group consisting of polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol sorbitan laurate ester, polyethylene glycol lauryl ether, nonyl phenol polyethylene glycol ether, polypropylene glycol ethylene glycol ether, starch, glycerin, an inorganic filler, and a solvent. The resin is bound onto the aluminum foil by one method selected from roller coating, rotary application, lamination, electrostatic spray coating, and half-tone printing, and thus the aluminum composite material set on an electric circuit board is formed.
