PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for simply and comprehensively analyzing unknown non-coding RNA. SOLUTION: The non-coding RNA in a target genome region is detected by fixing a sense chain and an antisense chain of each nucleic acid fragment on a specific position of a solid phase substrate and comparing signal strength of the sense chain and the corresponding antisense chain, wherein the nucleic acid fragments are set in a target nucleic acid region and have 80-10,000 base length.
