PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold and improve ESD tolerance of a hard disk incorporated in electronic equipment at a low cost. SOLUTION: When a flexible substrate is not connected to the connector pin 22c of a hard disk 24 incorporated in a notebook computer and the substrate surface 24K of the hard disk 24 is directed to a ground side (horizontal coupling plate 13 side), the almost entire substrate surface 24K of the hard disk 24 is covered with a U-shaped shield member 40.
