The invention relates to a complex comprising an antibiotic selected from the group of macrolides, a cyclodextrin and an interaction agent characterized in that the solubilization rate of the complexed antibiotic in water measured for a solution of 10g/l antibiotic in water at room temperature after 5 - 120 minutes of agitation is more than 20 %, advantageously more than 40 % and advantageously more than à 60 % at a pH of 9.
