The upper electrode (14) is provided with a plurality of penetrating parts (20) from which the emitter part (12) is exposed. In the upper electrode (14), a plane facing the emitter part (12) at a circumference part (26) of the penetrating part (20) is separated from the emitter part (12).</p>
