Device for discharging at least partial used breathing gas from a breathing gas pipeline system has an arrangement placed between mask and hose with a dishcarging element for deflecting a breathing gas flow. The arrangement has a ring element from elastomer material in which are defined deflection channels that extend from a pressure side supply section to a discharge section. The deflection channels rund to a cone section that increases towards the inside of the flow channel against the flow direction.
