<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working time management system allowing a worker to grasp the present condition with respect to an originally appropriate state of the worker about a working time of the worker in a production process. <P>SOLUTION: This working time management system managing the individual working time of the worker 5 in the production process 7 for performing element work to a production target object 6 by the worker 5 comprises: a storage means 1 storing an element work standard time 1b that is a standard working time of the element work, and an element work permissible overtime 1c that is a prescribed time permitted with excess from the element work standard time 1b in association with a name 1a of the element work; a measurement means 2 measuring an element work actual time 2a that is an actual working time required for the element work performed by the worker 5; a decision means 3 performing element working time quality decision 3a that is quality decision to the element work actual time 2a measured by the measurement means 2; and a notification means 4 notifying the worker 5 about a result 4a of the element working time quality decision performed by the decision means 3, in real time. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
