<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary type device for vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste having a structure of capable of changing the size of a salted rice-bran paste holding part according to the amount of the rice-bran paste so as to make favorable vegetables seasoned in rice-bran paste and of bringing the salted rice-bran paste until the central part into moderate contact with air. <P>SOLUTION: This device for vegetables seasoned in the salted rice-bran paste having a structure of capable of changing the size of the salted rice-bran paste holding part comprises preserving through nearly sealing the salted rice-bran paste in the salted rice-bran paste holding part at the time of preserving, and equally stirring with air through expanding the salted rice-bran paste holding part at the time of stirring. In more details, the salted rice-bran paste holding part is formed between two rotary plates (7 and 8) rolling along the semi-cylindrical inner bottom of a salted rice-bran paste holding container, and can be expanded at the time of stirring (rolling) through changing the interval between the two rotary plates (7 and 8). As a result of this, salted rice-bran paste in ordinary homes is sealedly preserved and moderately kept in the balance of anaerobic bacteria and aerobic bacteria through regularly equally stirring to bring into moderate contact with air. It is insufficient only to regularly stir the salted rice-bran paste in order to fulfill the device for vegetables seasoned in salted rice-bran paste, but sealedly preserving and regularly equally stirring with air fulfill the device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
