PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an extrusion molded product showing appearance near to an actual texture like appearance by stably forming a sharp uneven pattern on the surface of a long product made of a thermoplastic resin. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a long molded product is constituted by extruding a thermoplastic polymer material, which is mixed with microcapsules having substance volumetrically expanded by heating encapsulated therein, into an outer shell comprising a thermoplastic material and includes a process for heating the thermoplastic polymer material to a molding temperature, which is lower than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic material, to soften the outer shells of microcapsules in an expansible manner and expanding the internal substance of the microcapsules to continuously extrude the polymer material from an outlet of the mold as the long molded product and a process for expanding and/or bursting at least a part of the microcapsules in the surface layer of the long molded product and/or in the vicinity of the surface thereof when the long molded product is issued from an extrusion opening 12 to form a large number of uneven parts on the surface of the long molded product.
