PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a registration system of face image information capable of solving a problem wherein a person illegally acquiring an authentication medium or an authentication number registers the face image information such as face authentication information. SOLUTION: In this system, a registering image of a user is photographed in a use base, and the face image information is registered in a user database. In the system, a registration effective period and a registration effective frequency are designated, and the face image information is registered only when they satisfy registration conditions. Registering face image information and collating face image information are collated in a management base distant from the use base, and the face image information is registered or deleted.
