PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a lifting-up of a side wall in the prior art foldable container. SOLUTION: An anti-lifting up engagement block 8 is formed at a male hinge member H2' arranged in at least one opposing side wall 3, a recess notch 9 into which the anti-lifting up engagement block 8 is formed below a hook h3 constituting a female hinge member H1' installed at a bank 1b at the bottom part 1 corresponding to the one opposing side wall 3, and when the foldable container is assembled into a box shape, the anti-lifting up engagement block 8 is substantially abutted against an eaves h3b of the hook. Even if the side wall of the foldable container assembled into the box shape is held and lifted up, the side wall does not float up from the bottom part and a workability in handling operation such as a transportation or transfer of the foldable container assembled into a box-shape is improved.
