PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the fraudulence committed by the players by facilitating the replacement work of the operation means. SOLUTION: In a pinball game machine which has the operation means 21 operable by the players to enable the control of the games by the operation of the operation means 21 as desired, the operation means 21 is provided with a case body 42, operating parts 43 and 44 so arranged as to be exposed to the surface side of the case body 42 and control boards 45 and 46 provided on the rear side of the case body 42 to be unitized and is made detachable from the front side of the pinball game machine.
