Small and lightweight hydraulic impulse water cutting and boring machines. A hydraulic pressing force is intermittently provided to pistons for pushing in water. When the pushed-in water flows in chambers with stepwise reduced areas, its pressure is increased and its flow is accelerated. Then, a material can be cut and bored by the finally discharged water.
