There are provided an information report control device and an information report control method capable of providing appropriate information to a user. The information report control device includes; a report information reception unit (101) for receiving first report information; a report information analysis unit (102) for analyzing the type and/or the content of the first report information; a report information management unit (103) for managing temporal change of the analysis result and storing the first report information while correlating it with the analysis result; a user condition judgment unit (105) for judging the user condition according to the temporal change of the analysis result of the first report information in the report information management unit (103); and a report information selection unit (107) for selecting the second report information to be outputted to the user terminal, from the first report information according to the user condition. Thus, it is possible to judge the current user condition from the type, the content, and the frequency of the information currently received by the user and perform appropriate report control according to the judged condition.
