Disclosed herein is a recessed ceiling light. The light includes an upper protective cap. A lower protective cap has on an upper portion thereof a locking hook engaging with a locking step of the upper protective cap, with a circuit-board locking support being provided in the lower protective cap. A circuit board is supported by the circuit-board locking support. A socket includes a circuit-board coupling part and a lamp coupling part. The circuit-board coupling part includes a rectangular protrusion, circuit-board supports provided on an outer edge of the protrusion, and elastic grooves and circuit-board locking hooks provided on opposite sides of the protrusion. The lamp coupling part includes a fastening hole, a connection part provided on an upper end of the fastening hole, and a fastening part provided on a side of the fastening hole. The lamp includes a fastening terminal and a bulb. |
