<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a venting member capable of making pull-out strength and follow-up ability (sealing ability) compatible, and a venting casing and an electrical component using the venting member. <P>SOLUTION: This venting member includes a venting membrane for a gas passing through an opening while being fixed to the opening of the casing, and a cylindrical support to support the venting membrane. The support includes a first resin part brought into contact with the casing with the resin part fixed to the opening, and a second resin part formed of a material having an elastic modulus larger than that of a material composing the first resin part.
