PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens substrate array which is mass-produced as a unit of glass and has excellent reproducibility.

SOLUTION: The microlens substrate array includes a transparent first substrate 37, a transparent second substrate 31 which is facing to the first substrate 37, and a microlens sheet which is placed between the first substrate 37 and the second substrate 31 and has a flat portion 34 formed along a plurality of lenticular lens arrays 33 formed in a cell unit on the surface and the edge of the respective cells.
