DIAGNOSIS AND THERAPY OF CANCER USING SGP28-RELATED MOLECULE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a marker and a method for the identification of a therapeutic object on prostatic cancer and related cancers for improving the diagnosis and therapy of the cancer.

SOLUTION: The invention provides a vector for a method to treat a patient of a cancer expressing SGP28. The treating method contains a step to administer the vector to the patient. The vector encodes a single-stranded monoclonal antibody containing a heavy chain and light chain variable domain of a monoclonal antibody specifically bonding to the SGP28 protein, the vector delivers the single-stranded monoclonal antibody code sequence to the cancer cell and the coded single-stranded antibody is expressed in the cancer cell.
