<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an insurer to report, in the event of accidence, the occurrence thereof even if he/she does not remember the insurance company he/she is affiliated with, the telephone number of an accident contact desk thereof, or the like, and present an an accident report to the insurance company only by transmitting predetermined information. <P>SOLUTION: This device comprises an insurer information storage part 11 storing telephone numbers or mail addresses of insurers; an insurance company information storage part 12 storing insurance company information including contact accesses of insurance companies and report format data; an acceptance part 15 accepting a contact of accident occurrence by telephone or e-mail from an insurer, and extracting the telephone number or mail address thereof; and a transmitting part 16 specifying, based on the extracted telephone number or mail address, the insurance company with which the insurer is affiliated, and transmitting the contact address information of the specified insurance company and report format data to the terminal of the insurer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
