PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security mediation work support videophone system not only serving as a videophone as an interactive audio visual apparatus allowing users on both sides of conversation to visually check expression and action of a partner mutually but also allowing the users on the both sides to surely check content of the conversation visually without misunderstanding.

SOLUTION: In this security mediation work support videophone system, when a stockbroker solicits securities investment of a client for a securities dealer, the securities dealer suggests and explains the way for soliciting securities investment and investment content individually and concretely to the stockbroker on a videophone possessed by the stockbroker by using a television function and/or a telephone function of a videophone possessed by the securities dealer. The stockbroker answers a reference item and an answer from the client to the way for soliciting securities and the investment content to the securities dealer on the videophone possessed by the securities dealer by using the television function and/or the telephone function in the videophone possessed by the stockbroker on behalf of the client.
