PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion tube for an endoscope and an endoscope, capable of securing the field of view for observation of each observation optical system by efficiently removing filth, etc. attached to the outer surface of the observation optical system disposed on the end surface of a distal end, and capable of efficiently spraying a liquid to an affected part inside the body cavity if the liquid is spouted toward the affected part at the same time as the aspiration motion. SOLUTION: The insertion tube for the endoscope and the endoscope have a plurality of observation optical systems for focusing incident light on a plurality of imaging means, a gas/water feeding means for spouting gas or liquid to the outer surfaces of the respective observation optical system on the distal end surface of the insertion tube of the endoscope, a first endoscope conduit with a first opening on the distal end surface for aspiration, and a second endoscope conduit with a second opening on the distal end surface for spouting liquid toward the affected part inside the body cavity. The second opening is disposed on the distal end surface at a position axisymmetrical to the first opening with a line connecting the centers on the outer surfaces of the observation optical systems.
